Estimated population in poor and developing nations by 2050 is 9.2 billion (As per American English 1 billion =1000,000,000=100 Cr.
Maximum growth of population will be in China, India, and South Asian Countries. This is estimated at 60% of the Asian population., around 5.52 billion=5.52*1000, 000,000=552000, 0000=55.2 Cr.

As per United Nations world population by 2024=7800, 000,000=780 Cr.
Total Population being covered per employee by Google=780Crore/11900=655462 say 660000/employee.
Let us make the ratio 20 times less – (For the initiating starting participants) keeping in view initial stage of empire=33000/employee.
Each OE will target 10000000/33000=30 employee. Keeping in view precautionary measure for employee availability at each moment =50
Let us presume (each participating group) compensate each employee with 100000 rupees per month, hence total salary burden =5000000=50 lakh per month. =6 Cr per annul
Distribution of laptop Computer to each student yearly (on loan) =15000*1000000=150000 lakh=1500 Cr
Loan Interest@13% per annul=16.25 Cr
Total Cash needed=16.25+6 =22.25 Cr per annual
