PROJECT SYNOPSIS OF ONLINE EDUCATION

INTRODUCTION

Online Education

Online education is concerned with making educational information available via the internet. Information can be availed via online devices like laptops, tablets, or mobile.

OBJECTIVE OF ONLINE EDUCATION:

Wellness of Poor and developing nation via online education.

REASON FOR THE ONLINE EDUCATION:

The purpose of the online education is to make individual competent enough so that they contribute in the development of the self and society.

TARGET

Project target is to take care of mind, body and soul of humanity. Focus is underdeveloped and poor nations in the Asia Pacific Zone.

REASON FOR THE TARGET

Hungry only needs the food. Barefooted only needs the shoes.

ASSUMPTIONS:

  1. Human being nature demands learning and earning on a daily basis.
  2. Only few dares to opt the path of self-dependency
  3. Government and Society will support this proposal
  4. Who so ever opt for executing this project will remain committed to the welfare of society.

FIELD OF ONLINE INSTITUTIONS;

  1. All the courses available online of all the Sectors.
  2. Skill development of all the categories from thinkers to the doers.

DEMAND ESTIMATES;

All the DATA is statistical projections of UNICEF etc.

Estimated population in poor and developing nations by 2050 is 9.2 billion (As per American English 1 billion =1000,000,000=100 Cr.

Maximum growth of population will be in China, India, and South Asian Countries. This is estimated at 60% of the Asian population., around 5.52 billion=5.52*1000, 000,000=552000, 0000=55.2 Cr.

South Asia is home to about 627 million children under 18 years of age1 – approximately 36 percent of the total population of 1.82 billion2.

Youth population (person between the age group of 15 to 24 years is estimated to be 19% of the total population. i.e., around 1 billion=100 Cr.

Estimated number of students =1% of youth population=1 Cr.

Each Participating Institute will target 10 % of the estimated number of students =10 lakh=100000

PROJECT COST ESTMATE;

Physical Space -(Land &Building etc.)-

Self-home of each committed staff with inbuilt professional room equipped with Mobile, Laptop, Printer and WIFI Connection +Managing/Sponsoring Agency

 Remuneration Expenses:

Google Employee Strength is 119000.

As per United Nations world population by 2024=7800, 000,000=780 Cr.

Total Population being covered per employee by Google=780Crore/11900=655462 say 660000/employee.

Let us make the ratio 20 times less – (For the initiating starting participants) keeping in view initial stage of empire=33000/employee.

Each OE will target 10000000/33000=30 employee. Keeping in view precautionary measure for employee availability at each moment =50

Let us presume (each participating group) compensate each employee with 100000 rupees per month, hence total salary burden =5000000=50 lakh per month. =6 Cr per annul

Other Expenses:

Distribution of laptop Computer to each student yearly (on loan) =15000*1000000=150000 lakh=1500 Cr

Loan Interest@13% per annul=16.25 Cr

Total Cash needed=16.25+6 =22.25 Cr per annual

ASSESSMENT OF FINANCIAL FEASIBILITY AT MICRO LEVEL

Earning expected to each student via online services and other projects=5000 rupees per month.

 Fees from the students Rupees 1000 per month Hence total fees =1000*10lakh=100 CR per month i.e.1200 Cr/annual

Incoming=1200 Cr/annual

Outgoing=22.2 Cr/annul

Profit=1175.75 Cr=1175 Cr

BENEFITS TO THE STUDENTS:

Assumption: Students will opt for earning while learning through online methods.

Expected Earning per month: =5000 rupees

Fees to OE =1000 Rupees

Earning =4000 Rupees per month

Estimated number of students =1% of youth population=1 cr.

Turnover per student =5000*1=5000 Cr. per month to the society.
